Availability controls which time slots you’re open for appointments. Your timezone controls the time used for notifications sent to you and your clients. You’ll find these settings in AppointmentsSettings.

Follow these steps

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Under Availability, set your availability for each day.

  3. To add more than one time window in a day, click + and add another window.

  4. To copy your schedule to other days, click the Copy button, then select the days you want it to repeat on.

  5. Under Timezone, select the timezone you want used for notifications to you and your clients.

  6. (Optional) Under Start week on, choose Monday or Sunday.

  7. Click Save.

Notes & best practices

  • Add multiple windows in one day if you have breaks (example: 9–12 and 2–5).

  • If your notifications are coming in at the wrong time, double-check your Timezone and click Save.

  • Use Copy to quickly apply the same availability to multiple days.

  • If you travel, update your timezone so notifications stay aligned.

  • Start week on only changes how your calendar is displayed.
