Programmatic edit lets you apply an AI prompt to selected cells inside a program sheet. You’ll find it by right-clicking one or more cells in Programs.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Programs.

  2. Add a new program or open an existing one.

  3. Select one cell or multiple cells by clicking and dragging.

  4. Right-click the selected cells.

  5. Click Programmatic edit.

  6. In the Program with AI panel, enter your prompt.

  7. Save the program to keep the changes.

Notes & best practices

  • Programmatic edit only changes the cells you selected.

  • To prompt AI across the full program, enter a prompt without selecting specific cells first.

  • You can use this for both small edits and larger multi-cell rewrites.

  • More specific prompts usually give better results.

  • Changes only apply to the client-facing workout after you save the program.
