Programming Rules let you set account-wide defaults for AI programming in your account. You can find them in Superset web under Programming → Rules.

Follow these steps

  1. Go to ProgrammingRules.

  2. Set the rules you want AI to follow:

    • Maximum workouts per week

    • Maximum exercises per workout

    • Minimum exercises per workout

    • Include warm up

    • Include cool down

  3. Go to Programming and open any program or template or create new.

  4. Click Program with AI in the top right.

  5. In the AI chat, enable Rules to apply your saved programming rules.

Notes & best practices

  • Programming Rules are currently account-wide.

  • Warm up and cool down are added when AI builds a full workout, not when editing just a few cells.

  • Using rules can help keep AI-generated programming more consistent across programs and templates.

  • Client-level rules are coming soon!
