Attaching sessions to a payment plan lets you sell a session package as part of a single plan. The client pays once, and the sessions land on their profile ready to be tracked or deducted from coach mode. This is only available for one-time payment plans.
You can attach sessions in two ways: when creating the plan, or after, by creating a session pack and linking it to an existing one-time offer.
Attach sessions when creating a new plan
Go to Plans in the sidebar, or open a client profile and scroll to Payments.
Click + Create new.
Add the name, payment type, and memo.
Under payment type, select One-time.
Set up a price.
Under Access, select Sessions.
Enter the number of sessions included in the plan.
Set an expiration date for the sessions.
Click Create plan.
Assign the plan to a client from Clients → Client → Offers → +.
Attach sessions to an existing one-time offer
Go to Appointments → Session packs.
Click + Create new.
Select the client and set up the pack (title, start date, expiration, cancellation policy).
Click Create session pack.
When prompted to create an offer, choose to attach to an existing one-time offer from the client's profile instead.
💡 Tip: The sessions are added to their profile automatically. You can track or deduct them from Appointments → Sessions, your calendar, or directly in Coach Mode at the end of a workout.
Notes & best practices
Sessions can only be tied to one-time offers. Recurring and installment plans don't support sessions.
After the expiration date, remaining sessions are no longer usable on both the coach and client side.
Sessions attached through a plan work the same way as a regular session pack, they show up in Appointments → Sessions and can be scheduled or deducted from there.
