How to create a time-limited product

Create products with a fixed access duration and automatically prompt clients to renew when their access expires

Follow these steps

  1. Go to Products.

  2. Click Create product.

  3. Enter your product details, including the name and price.

  4. Set the Access duration for the product.

  5. Assign the program you want to include.

  6. Click Continue to make the product available.

  7. Share the link of the product to your clients.​

After a product expires, clients see a locked screen with a prompt to renew their access. Renewing the product restores access without requiring you to create a new product.

Notes & best practices

  • A connected Stripe account is required before you can create or sell products.

  • Access automatically expires when the product's duration ends.

  • Choose an access duration that matches how long you expect clients to use the program.

Can I sell the same program with different access durations?

Yes. You can create multiple products that include the same program but use different pricing or access durations.
