How to set it up
The integration needs a webhook configured on both sides, so it's set up with the Superset team.

Superset provides the webhook endpoint for your account.
Add that endpoint in GymMaster, or ask your GymMaster contact to add it.
Superset confirms activity is arriving before you rely on it.

Test with a small group before switching your whole membership over. Much easier to spot a mapping problem across five people than five hundred.
Decide which system is the source of truth for membership. Running both by hand is how records drift apart.
Tell your front desk staff before you switch it on. If they're used to adding people in both places, they'll create duplicates.
