How to enable Apple Health integration

Connect Apple Health to automatically sync your clients' health and activity data with Superset

Written by Julia Mello

Apple Health lets clients securely share health and fitness data with Superset. Once connected, activity syncs automatically so coaches can monitor trends without manual updates. Apple Health can also be used alongside Oura Ring, with each data source clearly identified.

Follow these steps

  1. Open the Superset mobile app.

  2. Go to AccountSettings.

  3. Click on Integrations.

  4. Select Request on the Apple Health integration.

  5. Send us your request, and our team will enable it on your account.

  6. Confirm the connection when prompted.

Notes & best practices

  • Apple Health syncs data each time the client opens the Superset app.

  • Open the app periodically to keep your health data synced automatically.

  • Resting heart rate is available only for clients using an Apple Watch.

  • Body weight is not currently included in the Apple Health integration.

  • Once connected, coaches can view health metrics and weekly trend indicators, including HRV and resting heart rate variation.
