Each product has its own customers and payments views. They answer two different questions: who bought this, and what did it bring in.
Seeing who bought it
Open Products and open the product.
Go to Customers.
You'll see everyone who has bought this product.
Seeing what it earned
From the same product, go to Payments.
You'll see the payments for this product only, separate from your account-wide payments.
Notes & best practices
These views are scoped to one product. For everything across your account, use the main Payments section.
Check the customers list before you change a product. It tells you how many people are affected by an edit.
Comparing customers against payments is the quickest way to spot a failed charge — someone who appears as a customer but has no successful payment.
Use it after a launch to see what actually converted, rather than judging from your overall revenue line.
