Follow these steps
Open the Superset app.
Go to Account.
Choose Language.
Pick the language you want. The app switches straight away.
Notes & best practices
This changes the app's own text — menus, buttons, and labels.
Content your coach wrote stays in the language they wrote it in. Exercise names, programme notes, and messages aren't translated.
The setting is per person. Changing yours doesn't change what your coach or other clients see.
Help centre articles are also available in all three languages. Use the language switcher at help.supersetapp.com.
