My clients aren't getting live updates on their program

Troubleshooting guide for ensuring workout program updates reach clients

Note: Your client will not get live updates to changes in their programs if you edit the "template" version of the program

To ensure your client will get live updates to their programs, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the program you'd like to update and ensure it is linked to the correct client

  2. Edit the selected program and click save in the top right corner. The updates will automatically be sent to your client's program in the app
