Client Mode lets you replace any exercise in your workout with a new one from the library.
Follow these steps
Open your workout in Client Mode and start it.
Tap on the exercise you want to change.
Tap Replace next to the exercise name.
Confirm the replacement.
Choose a new exercise from the pop-up list.
Tap Replace again to confirm.
Notes & best practices
Replacing an exercise keeps your workout moving without skipping sets.
Choose a similar movement if you’re substituting (e.g., swap dumbbell press for barbell press).
Once replaced, the original exercise can’t be restored unless you re-add it.
