How to view and filter your sessions

See every completed session (status, amount, coach, client, and progress) all from the Sessions tab in your Home

The Sessions dashboard gives you one overview of every session that's happened in your account. You can see who coached it, which client it was for, how much it was worth, and where each client is in their package, without digging into individual profiles.

How to find it

  1. Go to Home.

  2. Open the Sessions tab.

What each column shows

  • Status – the state of the session. Right now this only shows Completed, so the dashboard is a record of sessions that have already happened.

  • Amount – the dollar value of that session.

  • Coach – who ran the session.

  • Client – who the session was for.

  • Count – which session this was in the client's package (e.g. session 3 of 10).

  • Progress – how far the client is through their package overall.

  • Date – when the session took place.

Filtering the view

You can narrow the dashboard down using three filters:

  • Coach – see sessions run by a specific coach.

  • Status – filter by session state.

  • Date range – focus on a specific window.

Notes & best practices

  • This is a read-only overview for now. You can view and filter sessions here, but you can't edit them or take action on them from this screen.

  • Since status currently only shows Completed, use this view to track delivered sessions, revenue per session, and how far clients are through their packages.

FAQ

Why do I only see completed sessions?

For now the dashboard tracks completed sessions only. Other statuses may be added later.

Can I edit a session from this dashboard?

No. It's an overview only — you can view and filter, but not make changes here.
