Reassign a client when a coach leaves, when you're balancing workloads, or when a client switches coaches. Only an admin, director, or manager can do this, coaches can't reassign their own clients.
Follow these steps
Click the client you want to reassign.
Click Edit in the top right.
βUnder the Coach field, choose the new coach from the dropdown.
Click Save.
That's it. The new coach now has access to the client.
Notes & best practices
Only admins, directors, and managers can reassign clients. Coaches don't have this permission.
The previous coach loses access to that client as soon as the change is saved.
The new coach immediately sees the client in their list, along with full history (programs, check-ins, messages, etc.)
