How to track coach performance and sales targets

See sessions completed, sessions sold, revenue, and sales target progress for each coach, from the Staff tab in your Home

The Staff tab breaks down session activity by coach. It's where you see how each coach is performing: what they've delivered, what they've sold, and how they're tracking against their sales target.

How to find it

  1. Go to Home.

  2. Open the Staff tab.

What you'll see per coach

  • Sessions completed – how many sessions each coach has delivered.

  • Sessions sold – how many sessions each coach has sold.

  • Revenue – how much each coach has brought in from those sales.

  • Sales target & target completion – if a coach has a sales target set, you'll also see the target and how close they are to hitting it.

Setting a sales target

Sales targets aren't set from the Staff tab, you set them per coach in your team settings.

  1. Go to Team.

  2. Open People.

  3. Select the coach you want to set a target for.

  4. Enter their sales target.

Once a target is set, it shows up on the Staff tab along with their progress toward it (target completion).

Notes & best practices

  • A coach only shows target progress if they have a sales target set. No target means there's no completion to track.

  • Use this tab to compare coaches at a glance, who's delivering, who's selling, and who's on pace to hit their numbers.

FAQ

Why doesn't a coach show a sales target?

They don't have one set yet. Add it under Team > People and it'll appear here.

Where does the revenue number come from?

It's the revenue from the sessions that coach has sold.
