You may see two types of forms from your coach: an onboarding form and check-in forms. They work differently, so here's what to expect from each.
Onboarding form
This is the first form you'll fill out when you join your coach. It's a one-time form.
Fill it out when you join, you'll be prompted to complete it.
Your coach keeps this data on file. You can't edit it yourself afterward.
If anything changes, ask your coach to send you a new one, that's the only way to update it.
Check-in forms
These recur on a schedule your coach sets: daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
When a check-in is ready, it appears at the top of your Home tab.
You'll get a notification each time a new one is ready to fill out.
Fill it out and submit, it'll be ready again on your coach's next scheduled interval.
Notes & best practices
Onboarding = once. Check-ins = recurring. That's the core difference.
You can't edit a submitted onboarding form yourself, only your coach can send a new one if something needs updating.
Check-in forms only show up when one is due. No form on Home just means nothing's pending right now.
