The Data page collects health data from every connected client in one view. Instead of opening profiles one at a time, you can scan the whole roster and spot who needs attention.
You'll find it under People > Data.
Follow these steps
Open People and go to Data.
Choose the source you want to look at: Oura or Apple Health.
Review the clients listed. Only clients who have connected that source appear.
Open a client to see their full history on their profile.
Notes & best practices
Each source is its own view. A client who connected Oura won't appear under Apple Health, so check the source that matches what they wear.
A client missing from every view hasn't connected anything yet. Point them to the integration article for their device.
Use this before check-in calls. Scanning recovery and sleep across the roster takes a minute and gives you something specific to open with.
Nutrition has its own view on the same page, separate from wearables.
Data appears from the point a client connects. It doesn't backfill their history.
