Custom events let you block time for anything that isn't a client session or a class — a staff meeting, a facility booking, admin time, or time off.
They keep your schedule honest, so booking links don't offer time you don't actually have.
Follow these steps
Open your schedule.
Choose Schedule custom event.
Give the event a name and set the time.
Save. You'll see Custom event created.
Editing or removing one
Open the event and choose Edit custom event to change it, or delete it to free the time back up.
Notes & best practices
Set a Default event duration that matches how you usually block time. It saves adjusting the end time on every event.
Block time before you share a booking link, not after. Otherwise someone books the slot and you're rescheduling.
Name events so anyone looking at the schedule understands them. "Meeting" tells your team nothing.
Custom events are for time that isn't client work. Use sessions for anything you're coaching.
