Follow these steps…
- Open your workout program. - If it’s a Split program, scroll down to completed workouts to see past sessions. 
 - If it’s a Weekly program, tap the Completed tab. 
 
- You can also tap on past sets x reps inside your current workout to check your progress. 
- That’s it — your exercise history is now visible in the workout player.
