During a workout, you can leave notes on a specific exercise or at the end of the workout. Exercise notes let your coach see feedback and form videos tied to one movement, while workout notes summarize the whole session.
Follow these steps
Open your workout in Client Mode and start it.
To add exercise notes:
• Tap on the exercise → tap Add notes below the last set (next to Add set).
• Type your note and attach photos/videos (you can upload multiple).
• Tap Save.
To add workout notes:
• Finish your workout.
• At the summary screen, add your overall notes about the session.
Notes & best practices
Use exercise notes for form details (e.g., “bar path felt off” or “need longer rest”).
Upload form videos so your coach can give targeted feedback.
Use workout notes to log overall effort, energy, or injuries.
Both exercise and workout notes are visible to your coach.
