Turn on the RPE column

  1. Open a program in Superset Sheets.

  2. From the left-side menu, go to Settings.

  3. In Columns, toggle on Effort.

Add RPE values

  1. Go to the RPE column in your sheet.

  2. Enter one of the following formats:

  • Fixed RPE → Apply the same value across all sets. Example: 75% or 7.5

  • RPE range → Enter a range for flexibility. Example: 70–80% or 7–8

  • Comma-separated RPE → Apply different effort per set. Example: 60, 70, 80

💡 Tip: Use percentages when programming load relative to max, or numbers (1–10 scale) for effort-based programming.
