You can add a rest range in the Rest column in Superset Sheets. This lets clients rest within a set range instead of following one fixed rest value.
Follow these steps
Open a program in Superset Sheets.
From the left-side menu, click Settings.
Toggle on Rest to display the Rest column.
βIn the Rest column, type the range you want to program.
Use a format like 30s-60s.
Save your changes.
Notes & best practices
Use s for seconds and m for minutes.
You can program rest as a range, like 30s-60s.
You can also program different rest values per set using comma-separated values, like 30s, 60s.
