Leads are created when someone submits your application form. You’ll manage them in Leads, where you can review responses and update a lead’s status (including marking them as qualified).
Follow these steps
Open Leads.
Click Share link to copy your application form link and send it to prospects.
When a prospect submits the form, return to Leads to see them listed as Applied.
Click a lead to review their application responses.
Click Qualify to update their status.
Confirm the lead now shows as Qualified (instead of Applied) in your Leads list.
(Optional) Convert the lead into a paying client when you’re ready.
Notes & best practices
Use Share link any time you want to send your application form to new prospects.
Use Qualify once you’ve reviewed the application and want to mark them as a good fit.
Qualifying a lead only changes their status in Leads (it does not convert them into a client).
If you need to follow up fast, qualify first, then convert when the offer is ready.
Keep your form short to increase completion rate (you can always ask more during onboarding).
