Notes & best practices
Archiving isn't deleting. Everything in the program is kept, and you can bring it back at any time.
Clients already training on a program aren't affected by archiving it. Check who's assigned before you archive, so nobody is mid-block.
Archive at the end of each season rather than letting the list grow. A short Programming list is much faster to work in.
If you reuse a program each year, archive it rather than duplicating. Duplicates multiply and nobody knows which is current.
