You can program time-based values directly in a program sheet. Time formatting works in Reps for time-based exercises, in Rest for timed rest periods, and in Notes for time-based instructions.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Programs and create a new program or open an existing one.

  2. Add the exercise you want to update.

  3. Enter the time value in Reps, Rest, or Notes.

  4. Use supported formats like 30s, 2m, or 30s e/s.

  5. Save the workout.

Notes & best practices

  • Use s for seconds and m for minutes.

  • For now, only s and m are supported.

  • For mixed durations, use total seconds like 90s instead of 1m 30s.

  • You can use e or e/s with time-based formatting.

  • Clients see the time format exactly as entered.
