How to program time-based exercises

Guide for programming time-based exercises in Superset Sheets using proper time formats (30s, 1m, 90s)

Add time-based reps

  1. Open a program in Superset Sheets.

  2. In the Reps column, type the desired time value.

  3. Use the following formats:

    • Seconds: 30s, 45s, 90s

    • Minutes: 1m, 2m

Each-side timed exercises

  • To program per side, add e/s after the time.

  • Examples:

    • 30s e/s

    • 1m e/s

Time-based reps are great for circuits, holds, and conditioning work where duration matters more than rep count.
