Add time-based reps
Open a program in Superset Sheets.
In the Reps column, type the desired time value.
Use the following formats:
Seconds: 30s, 45s, 90s
Minutes: 1m, 2m
Each-side timed exercises
To program per side, add e/s after the time.
Examples:
30s e/s
1m e/s
Time-based reps are great for circuits, holds, and conditioning work where duration matters more than rep count.
