You can now print workouts straight from Superset! Whether you’re viewing a program, template, or a client’s assignment. This feature is great for coaches who want a paper copy for in-person sessions or offline tracking.
Follow these steps
Open any Program, or Template.
Press CMD + P (Mac) or CTRL + P (Windows).
In the print drawer, select your workout.
Choose your layout settings and decide which columns to show or hide (e.g., remove Weight or Effort).
Review the print preview and click Print to generate your sheet.
Notes & best practices
You can hide unused columns to keep the layout clean.
Use the preview to double-check formatting before printing.
We’re working on adding an option to print 3–4 workouts per page in a future release.
Printing is currently available on the web version of Superset.
FAQ
Can I print from the mobile app?
Not yet, printing is currently supported only on desktop browsers.
Can I customize which columns appear?
Yes! You can toggle columns on or off before printing.
Can I print multiple workouts at once?
This is coming soon, up to 3–4 workouts per page will be supported in a later update.
